1. MENTALLY PREPARE YOURSELF 

Whatever it is, it is going to take some time to allow your mind to fully grasp what is about to happen. So take that necessary time to relax, breathe, and get yourself ready! 

2. EASE INTO IT 

Everything takes time. Nothing should ever be rushed! It definitely helps to take it slow, bit by bit, and then eventually you will overcome that fear. Just imagine you have all the time you need, no one is pushing you but yourself.

3. JUST GO FOR IT 

It’s time! If you really want to get over it, you can. You’ve followed the previous 2 steps and you are ready to go. Trust me! You will be fine.
