Surviving a Monday

ย  WHEW! We all made it through Monday. Hating Mondays, and every other day besides the weekend, is probably the worst habit for the most of us. We spend so much time dreading those workdays rather than using that time to enjoy life the best we can, and making the most of the time we have. If we can take the energy hating 5 days out of 7, we definitely can use that energy to make something positive out of it. Go out on a weekday! Take a nap! Relax.
